Through E-Learning, organizations and individuals may take advantage of evidence-based video curriculums designed to facilitate attitude and behavioral change to foster personal and interpersonal growth. Psychological Coaching
Individual coaching is designed with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic approach. In principle, coaching involves efforts to change negative thinking patterns that may be responsible for psychological problems leading to learned patterns of unhelpful behavior. Clients are provided with psychoeducational resources and work one-on-one towards a collaborative strategy.
Speaking, Presentations, and Workshops
DeAngelo enjoys speaking on topics related to Emotional and Social Intelligence, Mindset, Gratitude, Optimism, along with other topics around interpersonal relations. Additionally, Mr. Burse’s personal story of overcoming an impoverished, low-socioeconomic environment is a story that he is excited to tell.
Onboarding Assessments
Our behavioral assessments will help organizations better understand their people to ensure the right job fit to advance job satisfaction. The assessments aim to assist corporations in identifying individual stress issues, communication and leadership style, and motivational drivers within employees.
