DeAngelo is a college professor, mindset coach, leadership consultant, and keynote speaker. He is passionate about helping people develop their unique abilities and forming more meaningful relationships. DeAngelo is the founder of Breakroom Huddle and conducts training for organizations dealing with workplace conflict, team-related dysfunctions, and underutilized potential in the workforce. Mr. Burse enjoys speaking on topics related to emotional and social intelligence, identity and self-esteem, meaning and purpose, and racial bias.

DeAngelo is committed to his work of exploring how people influence other people. His understanding of psychological processes and situational factors that influence attitudes and behaviors are insights that DeAngelo wishes to provide for people. As a corporate trainer and keynote speaker, Mr. Burse is devoted to contributing to positive social change within companies and communities around the world.

Breakroom Huddle is a company devoted to developing programs that have a basis in social psychology to advance the development of people and positively impact organizational behavior. Our mission is to develop better people who treat people better. In connection therewith, Breakroom Huddle aims to offer programs undergirded by social science to help each individual begin a process to become their “ideal self”.

We believe our mission will be achieved through E-Learning courses and curriculums, individual psychological coaching, onsite programs such as presentations and workshops, and onboarding behavioral assessments. It is our view that instead of a mere "break", the office break room can be a life-changing place for individuals and teams to huddle and participate in conversations that lead to personal and organizational transformation.

Social Psychology is the scientific investigation of social interactions whereby practitioners seek to understand how people’s attitudes, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by the actual, imagined or implied presence of others.

With training in the social sciences, DeAngelo is able to assist companies with solving problems and improving performance to create a more positive work culture. By taking an inductive approach, DeAngelo possesses the skills to begin with a specific social issue and analyze a diversity of social psychological theories to better understand ways to offer solutions that address root causes of problem behavior .
